In the Veterinary and Animal Science pathway, students learn hands on skills when taking care of our classroom animals from trimming nails (pictured) to nutrition and breeding. Students enjoy the opportunity to learn and build relationships with the animals everyday. Having the opportunity to see animals day in and day out students can recognize more easily what is "normal" or "abnormal" for our animals. This enhances animal care standards and helps students apply what they are learning in the classroom.
